The National Capital Sports Council of the Disabled Inc. (NCSCD) is a volunteer body which was established in 1983 to promote sporting opportunities for persons who are blind, deaf, or who have a physical disability in the National Capital Region.
To promote the development of new sporting activities and athletic training opportunities for junior athletes with disabilities to encourage their development and personal growth
