National Community Investment Fund (NCIF) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and New Markets Tax Credit Community Development Entity (CDE) capitalized in 1996 that invests equity and debt in banks, thrifts and credit unions (collectively, Community Development Banking Institutions or CDBIs) with a primary mission of community development.
