REVIEW OF NATURALBALANCE
Natural Balance has been in existence for more than 20 years and has over 60 products in the categories of weight loss, energy, specialty and sports nutrition. The “specialty” product line includes sexual enhancement formulas that are referred to as “hard core performance.” The company was founded by a married couple and is located in Castle Rock, Colorado. While the founder, Mark Owens, describes how he began as the company’s sole salesman and his wife handled the accounting, it does not list his credentials. The first product, Pep, was an herbal supplement presumably created by this couple and there is no explanation for how the product came about.

As mentioned, Natural Balance manufactures many products that target people with different needs. Most of the products are in tablet form, though some come in powders and creams. The energy enhancing products includes such brands as Brain Pep; male enhancement includes Cobra, Erox, DHEA Super Hormone for Men, and the weight loss includes Diet 5, Pep, Diet Pep, Super Pep and Ultra Diet Pep 2000, Chitosan and Fat Magnet. Additional products include the laxatives Colon Clenz and Ultra Colon Clenz, Great Legs for tired legs, the mood elevator Happy Camper, Super Flex Joint Formula and MSM for healthy joints, and Turbo Charge for enhancing energy.
