WARRANTY

RETURNS - Name Tag, Inc. does not accept returns of custom made products or special order products. Defective products will be corrected or replaced at our option. Standard products normally stocked by Name Tag, Inc. can be returned for 100% credit to be applied to other purchases or a refund after deduction of a 15% restocking charge. There are no refunds for shipping and handling. Contact Name Tag, Inc. Products must be shipped back, prepaid, with prior approval.

WARRANTY – Name Tag, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects for a period of ninety days after purchase. Defective products will be replaced, returned to Name Tag, Inc. for repair, or have replacement parts sent to the user at the option of Name Tag, Inc. Color products are not warranted to be identical in color as variations may occur within lots of plastic or foil and it is not always possible to fill entire orders from the same lot. In addition, particular foils frequently become unavailable as manufacturers discontinue or revise their products. Name Tag, Inc. is only responsible for replacement or repair of defective merchandise and is not responsible for any consequential damages. Merchandise returned to Name Tag, Inc. must be preappoved from Name Tag, Inc. and be sent prepaid. Prepaid UPS shipping tags will be provided when appropriate.

SHORTAGES - Name Tag, Inc's. must be notified within 14 days of receipt of any shortages. Missing products will be sent via first class mail..
