After eBay’s ban on true crime I wanted to bring true crime enthusiast to a place where they can meet to sell, buy and view true crime artifacts. Setting up the auction didn’t happen over night though; there was plenty of research and preparation to do first. After a year or so of developing a course of action I did have a few ups and downs with software and web host who would allow the content.
Unlike other sites we are open to anyone that wants to use the service. I don't charge anything to sell, buy, or register with the site. I do charge a very low rate to fly banners and operate a store, but these fees go back into the hosting and software of the site. People from other sites who have refused to fly our banner have even sold at no charge on our site and been very succsesful.
Not all the items you find on the pages of the website are macabre. There are several inmates who paint, sketch, or draw nothing but beauty. I will use Elmer Wayne Henley who’s 2 gallery shows both sold out. There is nothing he paints that is macabre in any way.
