This is my site about MS. A positive diagnosis some 30 years ago, I'm 50 now. Reality exists, but there ARE things you can do! This site was created with this in mind, packed with tips, info, tricks, links, products and everything else the MSer might find of interest. Here are some of my own, a few tips, the coolest ideas, great ways to relax, and some great positive talk, collected here for you! Share your stories with us here, and let's try to help each other.
