Created in 1958, the Harrison County Development Commission (HCDC) is the lead economic development agency for Harrison County, including the cities of Pass Christian, Long Beach, Gulfport, Biloxi, and D’Iberville. Top priority is job creation through recruitment of new industry and business as well as retention and expansion of existing business. HCDC also oversees The Innovation Center, Harrison County’s small business incubator.
