Boating Safety Education on the Eastern Shore of Maryland We are a unit of the United States Power Squadrons, a group of sailing and power boating enthusiasts. We live on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, primarily in Talbot County, Maryland. We have been practicing and teaching safe boating since our charter in 1953.
