I am a third grade teacher at the Gifted and Talented Center of White Oaks Elementary School (Fairfax County Public Schools, VA). I was formerly a computer and technology teacher at Fairview Elementary School, where I was nominated for the Agnes Scott Meyer/Fairfax County Teacher of the Year in 2004. I received my bachelor's degree from Hamilton College (upstate New York) in 1998, and my Master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh (my hometown) in 2000. I turned 30 on August 14, and have been married for four years. I currently live in Cascades, Virginia (Loudoun County).
