How long have you been around? Meals On Wheels of Stark & Wayne Counties has been in existence for almost 35 years. The agency began service in 1973 as the "Stark/Wayne Nutrition Project," as a direct service of United Way of Central Stark County. In the course of its affiliation with United Way, the program underwent a second name change and became known as "Three Score Dining".
