MioWorks.com is a simplified CRM that integrates a customer portal. On the contact management side, MioWorks allows the small business to track customer, prospect and employee information. They can save background info, notes, set reminders and follow up tasks as well as store files for that client.
As each contact is entered into the system, the small business has the option to enable the client side portal. Through the client portal the contact can ask questions and make requests (issue management) as well as share files back and forth and provide approvals.
MioWorks is targeted towards companies that have ongoing relationships with their customers including accountants, lawyers, design firms, interior designers, pet care providers and personal service providers.
