Long suffering husband still has that " You have to mad " look on his face. But he has often been found on hands and knees with the help of our little dog trying to find that one little crystal earring or flower that has mysteriously leapt on to the carpet - never to be seen again.
My dearest friend Raymonda started making porcelain dolls. Beautiful big dolls . From then the problems started, we couldn't find anyone who knew anything about miniature porcelain dolls, back to the magazines. Ray spent hours & hours with her computer and found our lovely doll moulds in America, 6 days later I started to pour, carve, paint and dress little people.
My only guidelines have been 2 miniature dolls we saw at a Bear and Doll show and the Doll house & Miniature magazines. I am self taught and more then a little insane! Every doll or little person is different and if I gave them names I couldn't possibly part with them. A lovely lady in Canada bought my first doll and Triylla sent me the most beautiful e-mail when he arrived , she described his new home and assured me he would be well loved and not lonely.
