Founded in , Miniman is still owned today by one of the original owners, John Palmer, whose love of Minis began with Club Racing in the mid 1960's. John raced a Mini Cooper S - fully race prepared at the weekend - and fitted back to a road car again by Monday morning!! Miniman began life in Kings Heath, Birmingham alongside another of John's Companies which did accident and car body repair work. Minis were extensively re-built and renovated completely, before being re-sprayed in their original colours.
The famous 'running man' logo was created here and is now placed on every car as a symbol of a unique and quality assured Mini in every respect. In 1989 Miniman moved to its present location outside Knowle, Solihull and today enjoys an enviable reputation for supplying and maintaining Minis to the highest standards. Servicing and repairs are carried out together with sales of all models of Mini - so ring John or Yvonne with your enquiry - they will be pleased to help you.
