It's my professional weblog as well as a collection of personal thoughts, photos and stories. My interests are varied and I specialize in information design and web development.
My dream job: Canoeing down the river on the right with a laptop and a digital camera, architecting a large website for a wildlife and nature conservation organization.
Professionally, I consider myself an information designer. It's a title that encompasses my major career interests: information architecture, interface design, human computer interaction, and interaction design. I enjoy architecting websites, especially challenging functional web applications. I enjoy figuring out what the site is supposed to do, how it will be laid out, and answering questions like; does it accomplish its desired purpose. My goal is to produce web applications that make peoples lives a little easier.
