About Michael

Michael bought his house on Westcott Bay in 1999 after vacationing in the islands many times over the years. He relocated to San Juan Island full time in the Summer of 2004. He joined Coldwell Banker, San Juan Islands in January of 2005.

Originally from Seattle, Michael had lived in the Los Angeles area since the mid 80's and started his real estate career there with Coldwell Banker in Woodland Hills. He quickly established himself as one of that office's most successful new agents and attained membership in Coldwell Banker's Diamond Society after only one year.

Before entering real estate, Michael worked in the music industry for over 20 years in marketing, promotion and advertising at Warner Bros Records. As a vice president there he helped create campaigns for dozens of artists ranging from Eric Clapton and Neil Young to Green Day and the Bare Naked Ladies. Reflecting on his return to the area Michael says, "As a kid I spent my summers on Vashon Island and having an island home in the Northwest had long been an ambition of mine. Moving here is the fulfillment of that dream. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to apply my real estate and marketing backgrounds in such an incredibly beautiful place."
