During time as hospital doctor started evening classes in life modelling found out that I had a ‘facility’ with materials and fell in love with making things straight away.Tutor (Mike Smith) suggested doing a sculpture degree.
Salvaged remains of doctoring career; qualified to become a GP then left the next week to run off and join Eastbourne Art college foundation course (86-87)
Lived and worked as a full time sculptor in Brighton 1990-99. Concentrated on making, outdoor , metal, moving sculptures mostly in copper.
