Dr. Durrani is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). She completed her residency at the Baylor College of Medicine, where she received the Resident of the Year Award. Dr. Durrani has been in private practice at the Memorial-Hermann Northwest location since 1997. She has privileges at Memorial-Hermann Northwest, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital and Woman's Hospital of Texas. Dr. Durrani is fluent in English and Urdu Languages.
Dr. Alexandra Pellicena earned her Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. During residency she was awarded the 2000 Arthur M. Farris Sr. MD Resident Research Award for her contribution to studies of the genetics of preeclampsia. Dr. Pellicena is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Her clinical interests include general obstetics and gynecology, adolescent gynecology, infertility, gynecologic surgery and menopausal health. She has been in private practice for three years and has hospital privileges at Memorial-Hermann Northwest, Memorial Hermann Southwest and Woman's Hospital of Texas. As a native of Spain, Dr. Pellicena is bilingual (English/Spanish).
