Andrew McLeman FRICS MaPS established the practice in 1999 using his 30 years experience in the Profession, latterly as the partner running the Edinburgh office of a major QS Practice. We specialise in all aspects of Professional Quantity Surveying Services with an emphasis on Cost Control and rely heavily on IT systems and on-line construction solutions.
We are delighted announce we are now working on new QS projects for The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres, St Paul's and St Georges Church, Edinburgh, as well as a fit out for an Edinburgh Solicitors, a Castle in East Lothian and a Visitor Centre in Aberdeenshire
Our Planning Supervision Division has new projects for Clients including West Lothian Council; Period House Developments:: Kirkton Developments and New Alba Ltd.
