Mr.G.C.Jain acquired his B.E.(Hons.) degree in 1969 from Govt. Engg. College, Jabalpur(M.P.) and his M.E. Degree in Advanced Electronics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in the year 1971. Subsequently, he joined the Space Applications Centre (SAC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and was a leading member of the R&D team, particularly in the field of video image processing and Communication & Broadcast. He has designed and developed complex equipment and systems of immense use in India’s dynamic space research programmes. Many of his contributions & achievements found its way to the industrial sector as well.
