Description
Excerpted from the website description:
- MC-SET is a scientific software for simulation of electron trajectories in solids, which allows evaluation of many SEM signals. Typically used in ebic and cl (electron beam induced current and cathodoluminescence) studies, it provides data about electron deposition energy, electron doses, and possibly also x-ray generation. Experimental backscattered, transmitted and secondary electrons data is also generated, and can be compared with published data.
