This site was created as a direct result of the interest expressed by many holiday visitors in the overnight delivery of fish all over the UK. We have pages on the buying and storage of fresh fish, preparation, filleting and cooking with a separate section of recipes and a page of recommendations on how to look after Frozen Foods. We have a Fishing section which gives general information on fishing for pleasure around the Newquay area and the coast of Cornwall which will be expanded as time permits.

As a fishing family we have always had fresh fish available to us and could never understand why fish had lost it's popularity. Having investigated what is on general sale, we decided that it was time more people had the chance of eating fish as it should be, so we converted our shop into a Fishmongers, with help and advice from the "Seafish Industry Authority".
