Description
M & J Chickens is an established family business having provided a specialised poultry service for over 30 years. The Business was established by the current proprietors Mr Minas and Mrs Jenny Souris initially supplying take away food establishments and restaurants with portioned servings of breast fillet, whilst incorporating other value added products as part of the product range.
As portion control became a vital part of profit control this area of the business began to flourish and proved the basis on which M & J Chickens continued to grow, with more and more establishments looking to portioned servings.
Today in association with experienced chefs in the food Service Industry M & J Chickens has developed a range of products which are both time saving and cost efficient whilst maintaining a high degree of quality in the manner in which they are prepared.
