About Majestic Custom Built Homes

Majestic was founded, in 1998, by Dale and Donna Pedretti. In 1990 Rodney Engh joined the Majestic team as construction supervisor and business partner. In 2004 the business operations, for all Majestic enterprises, were taken over by Corinne Pedretti.

Majestic currently has full service offices in Westby and Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The business emphasis has always been about high-end modular housing. In 2005 Majestic began selling a totally panelized modular product. Majestic works with Wisconsin Homes and Highland Homes for modular housing and with Amwood Homes for panelized housing products. All homes sold at Majestic are built in Wisconsin or Minnesota. In addition to housing Majestic offers a full line of flooring products ( wood floors, laminate, ceramic tile and carpet ) from Shawmark, a full service real estate brokerage firm as well as rental property management for both storage units and residential apartments.

Majestic is a family owned and family run business. Majestic offers over 250 floor plans or use our professional custom design service. At Majestic we offer guaranteed pricing, superior quality controls, warranty programs and much more.
