Maglev.net is dedicated to the magnetic levitation technology, especially the maglev trains. There is currently only one maglev mass transit in work in Shanghai, but in the near future we can expect some more operating lines in the world. The maglev trains are holding the world record of highest speed among trains with 581 km/h. The maximum speed of the Shanghai maglev in normal operation is 431 km/h.
