- Jeffrey D. Mickelson is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova University Law School. He is a former co-chairman of the Family Law Section of the Hartford County Bar Association. Jeff practices exclusively in the area of family law, including litigation, collaborative law and mediation. Jeff volunteers as a Special Master for Hartford, Tolland, New Britain and Middlesex County, as well as the Regional Custody Court for high conflict divorce and custody matters. He is also a special master for the Hartford Superior Court's Early Intervention Program. A considerable portion of his practice is devoted to serving as attorney or guardian ad litem for minor children whose parents are going through divorce. Jeff is a member of the CDLA and CCDM, as well as the American, Connecticut, and Hartford County Bar Associations.
