- Lowry & Company, Inc. was started in 1964 by Jack and Jean Lowry and has always strived to locate and provide the finest nursery material available to the market. Rich Hultberg joined the company in 2001 and Tom Bowman in 2006. Jack, Rich and Tom travel around the country (Oregon, Tennessee, Ohio and all over the east coast) and personally visit all of the nurseries that are represented by Lowry & Company, Inc.
