Description
Excerpted from the website:
- This web site and the bicycle program represent the collective work of many people. In January 2007, a group formed Lose the Training Wheels, Inc., of Mclean VA. The mission statement of that organization, in part, is to cause itself to become approved by the Internal Revenue Service to be classified as a 501(C)3 charity, and in doing so cause a national and international adapted bicycling program to grow.
