- London Photoarts was formed in 2006 as the internet showcase for Photographic Artist Maureen Anne Holley. Maureen originates from London’s East End where her father worked in the Royal Docks. This has led to a lifelong interest in The City of London through to Docklands, and its amazing transformation.
