'Never returns calls.' Generates False positives fax machine doesn't work And they hide behind their own faulty software. Who are the idiots that pay them money? It cannot even establish a correct IP address to block!!!!!!
As website states - phone is used for sales calls only. Technical suport inquiries are handled exclusively by email. The SFDB database contains over 500,000 IPs for spammers at any time. We only receive an average of 2 complaints per month by companies who believe their IPs are blacklisted. Most of the times their networks had been compromised and thus were legitimately blocked. Considering the millions of spam emails blocked each day, this number of "misses" is completely irrelevant. No software wil ever be 100% accurate.
