- There are four independent Foundations - one each for England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands - which were formed in 1986 at the TSB Group flotation. In lieu of dividend on their shareholding in Lloyds TSB Group, the Foundations receive 1% of the Group's pre-tax profits, averaged over three years. The Foundation for England and Wales receives 72% of the income and has donated over £190 million since 1987. Our covenanted income for 2006 is £25 million.
