- Our journey with Prime Directive™ began three years ago in Scotland, a land that holds a piece of our hearts, the place we were wed. At that time we were in the UK as co-hosts (Bruce as Director of the Global Academy Genome Institute) for a spiritual-scientific conference on the physical, social, ethical and spiritual implications of genetic engineering. One of our friends there, a chiropractor, overwhelmed us with her excitement and enthusiasm about this probiotic food and its effects on her patients, even manifesting observable changes in their live blood microscopy (video). We were all ears. And what did we have to lose? So we began to eat this marvelous living food, and to experience first-hand the physical benefits that result from symbiotic balance with our gut bacteria. What learning for us to see just how much these "friendly" microflora do the real work in our digestion so that we may "flourish" and have abundant health. Three years later, we are still enjoying the fruits of this addition to our diet that has become our mainstay. We feel it is what gives us the physical sustenance and energy to enjoy a very busy life as we travel and teach throughout the world.
