History
Created in August 2006 as a reaction the often corrupt london property rental market. Designed as an alternative to the traditional agents. The site wants to make life easy and simple for tenants and landlords whilst removing the agent from the system. This is hoped will make renting a property cheaper, quicker and more efficient.
In June 2007, Livesimply began to allow agents to use the website.

We only operate online because if we had an office then we would have to charge the high fees like the agents. We dont want to charge high fees. Agents earn up to £2000 per rental and that inevitably is paid by you the tenant. We actively search for properties through our extensive list of contacts and then add them to our database. This means you get the benefit of an agent without the costs!
