Welcome to Little Man Lodge!
Description
The Lodge has approximately 10,000 square feet of living space. It is a long rustic "ranch" style house made of wood and stone. The length runs exactly north to south to take
full advantage of sunrises and sunsets. On the upper floor, the large living room has picture windows to the west. There is a stone fireplace plus two cozy sitting areas. The dining room comfortably seats twelve. There are classic and current novels plus magazines in the library along with satellite TV. Also on the upper level are three large bedrooms, a NW corner room, a NE corner room, and a middle room on the east side with a view of our eastern mountains.
On the lower level there is a large recreation room with shuffleboard, ping-pong table, satellite TV, plus a sitting area in front of the stone fireplace. This room can be converted into a conference room, seating as many as thirty. Like the upstairs living room, large picture windows are on the west side. There is also a small downstairs kitchen for guests. There are two guest bedrooms downstairs with magnificent views to the west plus a third bedroom with a view of the woods.. All bedrooms on both levels have private baths.
