Liberia Law Services is a US based Liberian firm, established solely for the purpose of providing specialized legal services pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
Why Liberian law? Liberia is a leader in open ship registry (flag of convenience), and is also a corporate haven with a tax effective offshore corporate program. While the clients and users of the open ship registry and corporate program have availed themselves of these services for more than fifty years, for the first time the Liberian legal system may now be easily accessed through a group of lawyers who were trained in both Liberia and the US.
In addition to being licensed to practice law in various states within the US, including New York and Washington, DC, all of our attorneys are licensed to practice law before the courts of the Republic of Liberia, and all are members of Liberia’s Supreme Court Bar. Our attorneys are either former legislators, prosecutors, or law professors; and, practicing attorneys, pooling their expertise and experience for the benefit of our clients.
