De meest wervelende muziekvereniging van Leiden: de Leidse Harmoniekapel. Ons orkest is opgericht in 1949 en maakt al meer dan zestig jaar deel uit van het muziekleven in Leiden.
De Leidse Harmoniekapel is een zittend symfonisch blaasorkest met een gevarieerd repertoire aan klassieke en moderne composities voor harmonieorkest.
Wij zoeken steeds bijzondere, originele of zelden uitgevoerde werken voor harmonie en willen zo bijdragen aan de herontdekking en herwaardering van fantastische muziek voor harmonieorkest.

The Leidse Harmoniekapel is a podium orchestra, performing a varied repertoire of both classical and modern compositions for wind orchestra.
We always look for unusual, original and seldomly heard wind pieces with an aim to contributing to the rediscovery and revival of fantastic music for wind orchestra.
