As the Director of Engagement, she supervises the Campus Entrepreneurs Initiative (CEI), the UChicago Taglit-Birthright Israel and International Alternative Spring Break trips. She believes that young adults can craft a meaningful adult Jewish life with an array of diverse resources and thoughtful mentors. Leah graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2004 with a degree in Arts Management and Dance, has studied at the Pardes Institute for Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, and will receive her Master's Degree in Jewish Professional Studies from the Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies in March 2011. She also teaches at Anshe Shalom, a modern orthodox synagogue in Chicago, and performs with the dance company,
