The pineapple logo and ensuing motif represents “welcome and hospitality” which is an attitude that permeates the business from the moment a customer enters the door. The goal at L’Egantz is to make customers feel at home as they browse through the various areas of the shop. A friendly staff is available to assist, when required. Customers are the most important aspect of the business and all feedback is appreciated as well as special requests. If a customer cannot find an item in stock, the staff at L’Egantz will make an effort to locate and obtain it elsewhere.
