Yaron S. Rabinowitz, M.D. is a sub specialist ophthalmologist specializing in the Cornea, Refractive Surgery (LASIK) and Hereditary Eye Diseases. He was the Chief of Ophthalmology from 1996 to 2001 and is currently the Director of Ophthalmology Research at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA School of Medicine and was the recipient of the Jules Stein Alumni Research Award in 1991, awarded for his work on innovative eye laser surgery techniques.
