Who are we? A brief intro....
We are a group of young people aged between eighteen to thirty who believe in the principles of freedom and opportunity for all. This ethos code is at the core of all our social, political and fundraising activities. We have individual personalities and different cultures within our branch. This is refreshing as every person provides an insight into a political issue with a unique and different view.
We have speakers, debates and socials and we are all members of the Conservative Party. As a member of Lancaster Conservative Future, you are automatically a member of the Conservative Party. Membership entitles you to vote in Lancaster Conservative Future elections as well as Conservative Party elections and also to attend functions as the Party Conference and the famous 'Winter Ball'.
Sir Robert was first elected MEP for the North West region in 1999. He is Conservative spokesman on Industry and External Trade, and was spokesman on Regional Policy, Transport and Tourism from 1999-2001.
