- The Lacey Jarrell Foundation is an exclusively charitable and educational organization formed to support young artists in their artistic expression and talents. The Foundation is devoted to the enhancement and promotion of ethical, social, intellectual, and emotional development and healing for youth through providing exposure for young artists in the areas of painting, drawing, photography, creative writing, and graphic art design. Our programs are designed to improve and develop young artists' capabilities and instruct the public on the benefits of artistic creativity, outlets, and art education.
