Lee gained his Human Resources and Senior Management expertise in building a multi billion dollar Retail Department Store chain (TJMaxx/Zayre) as SVP Human Resources for 15 years. He jumped into a higher gear in building his world wide Executive Search Firm. Lee started LA Silver Associates Inc. 25 years ago (as a management consulting and executive search firm) specializing in software organizations who develop and market software application solutions, middleware, tools, e-com and internet software.
LA Silver Associates pioneered the concept of “Sweat Equity” recruitment; (we receive stock grants in lieu of fees). Therefore, maintaining a true vested interest in our clients’ and our candidates’ success. Lee specializes in corporate officers who are required to grow profitable companies. We are a limited partner in two VC firms, and we also serve as a “scout” for new software companies requiring funding for their business plans. Lee is a graduate of New York University, with a B.S. in Human Resources.
