Our yoga center is named in honor of the legendary yogi and great mystic saint, Baba Siri Chand. Born in the early 16th century, Baba Siri Chand was the eldest son of Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism, and was revered by people from all walks of life. Baba Siri Chand had tremendous spiritual power and great physical strength. He welcomed individuals from all religions, teaching that "God's Tree" is large enough to give shelter to all. Baba Siri Chand exemplified the ideal that a disciplined spiritual practice brings - health, humility, and wisdom. In this spirit, and with the blessings of our teacher, Yogi Bhajan, we have established the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center.
The 3HO Foundation is a non-profit organization, founded thirty years ago by Yogi Bhajan. It is dedicated to the excellence of the individual and serves people through the teachings, technology and lifestyle of Kundalini Yoga.
