Ltd., which is promoted by a group of Non-Resident Indians who have had extensive exposure in the tourism and hospitality industries, who understand the value of customer satisfaction, and who have structured their facilities and services to ensure that.
The Kumarakom Lake Resort property is spread across 25 acres of manicured gardens with 50 centrally air-conditioned cottages. These cottages are traditional illams or homesteads of landed gentry of old, dismantled carefully and re-assembled piece by piece at the location to give you the feel of real Kerala homes. The Kumarakom Lake Resort is the only one of its kind in the world, and has been given the status of a Heritage Resort.
Mr. Paul P. John who owns an investment company, Bloomingdale International LLC, USA, with interests in media, plantations, distillery, textiles and trading is the Chairman and Chief Promoter of the resort.
