Kinetics' Design Engineering and Technology Development staffs will provide creative solutions including, the consolidation of multiple parts, reduced assembly operations and costs, and performance-specific custom alloy development. We concentrate on early design involvement and support your efforts with a complete set of services including, finite element analysis (FEA), rapid prototyping, and materials testing and characterization. Kinetics reviews more than 1,000 engineering drawings annually and you can expect to receive prompt design input, budgetary estimates, and formal quotations.
When your part is being tooled for production, Kinetics' Product Engineering staff will provide you with unmatched service. Weekly project status reports are provided to keep you in touch with the details of your program from purchase order through PPAP. PFMEA's and Product Release & Certification Plans are submitted for your approval ahead of tooling completion to ensure we understand the full scope of your product requirements.
