The MoneySmart workbooks have been designed as a tool for improving financial literacy amongst kids and teenagers by helping them start good financial habits that will last a lifetime. As most people are aware, the low level of financial literacy amongst youngsters is currently a cause of concern for industry leaders and politicians in the UK, hence the government's drive and extra funding to incorporate financial literacy into the national curriculum. Nevertheless, we shouldn't just leave everything to the schools. Good financial habits can start from home, thus the birth and publication of the MoneySmart workbooks.
