Kia boxing is one of London's foremost boxing and boxercise training academies. Mr Kia (main instructor) brings a wealth of experience in both boxing skills and training techniques, a boxing champion for more than 15 years and a professional coach with many coaching awards. Classes are run in small, 1 hour boxing and boxercise groups in gyms all over London. Each session costs £5.00 (£7.00 after level 3) so check the weekly timetable and map for a class near you.
