Lalit Lama: Proprietor and founder of Khukuri House. After retiring from the British Army in 1987, he together with ex-10 GR TB BK established Khukuri House for the first time in Nepal in February 1991. He has been the head of staff since the day of establishment.

Sanjay Lama: Elder son of Mr. Lama is now the Chief Executive staff of the Company. He is the most senior staff and handles all the management and administration. He has been playing an active role in the company since its early days and has achieved a great deal of experience as a salesman.

Saroj Lama: Youngest son of Mr. Lama and one of the senior most staff who joined in 1993, looks after promotion, marketing and public relation. He is also designated to handle all work related to website including online orders. Now appointed as an overall in charge, he holds a key role and responsibility of Khukuri House.
