About Dr. Khalid Zaheer

KhalidZaheer.com is one man's effort to bring to light, his honest interpretation of Islam. Dr. Zaheer has a PhD in Islamic Economics from the University of Wales at Lampeter. He went on to study under the tutelage of two very prominent and special scholars of Islam, hailing from the sub-continent: Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Javed Ahmad Ghamidi. He served as Associate Professor at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) for several years, before resigning in favour of the Al-Mawrid Institute of Islamic Sciences as Director of Education.
