About Kevin Carnes.....
Originally from Houston, Texas, I have been a Maryland resident for over 15 years. I graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Business Administration degree in Finance. I became a full-time licensed REALTOR in 2002, and obtained my Appraiser Apprentice license in 2004. In my previous career, I managed hotels and restaurants for over 20 years. My experience in the hospitality industry left me with top-notch negotiating and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to juggle a multitude of projects simultaneously. My wife Julie and our three children--Josh 5, Megan 3, and Casey, 2 -- live in the water oriented community of Joppatowne in Harford County, Maryland.
