- John Masculine started his formal Martial Arts training in 1976 at Robert's School of Karate in Hayward, CA under Grand Master Robert Gaylord. He eventually became one of the lead Instructors of this school training with Grand Master Robert Gaylord untill his passing in Jan. 2001. He also studied the Visayan style of Philippine stick and knife fighting with Instructor Sonny Umpad. Currently he studys the Style of Hawaiian Lua and Okazaki Long Life Restoration Massage Therapy.
